Obtaining the visa for. Professional drivers - freight transport, for the Republic of Belarus

For Belarus the following types of visas can be obtained:

for a single race - an input - an outing
For 2 inputs- 2 outputs
For 1 year with multiple entries - outputs
for transit

1. For visa valid for a single race, an entry - an output the necessary documents are:

- 1 passport picture;
- medical insurance for the period requested by the visa;
- the transport order in which the company from Belarus will be mentioned;
- driving permit copy;
- copy of the Romanian company;
- copy CI
- Copy Certificate Marriage (if applicable)

The value of the visa tax (an input - exit) is of:

- 60 euros - and is issued within 7 days from the date of submission of documents in the consulate

- 120 euros in emergency - in this case the visa is issued either on the same day or from one day to another;

2. For visa valid for 2 entries - 2 outputs, the necessary documents are:

- 90 euros - is issued within 7 days from the date of submission of documents in the consulate

- 180 euros in emergency - in this case the visa is issued either on the same day or from one day to another:

Careful! To the amount above are added 3 euros. The money is deposited at BCR, and the bank charges a commission of 3 euros.

3. For the visa valid for the period of 1 year with multiple entries - exits for professional drivers - freight transport the necessary documents are:

- 1 passport picture;
- medical insurance;
- contract in lb. English with the company in Belarus, in which the names of the drivers for whom the visa is requested is mentioned;
- the registration certificate of Belarus company legalized at the notary;
- the employment contract of the drivers in original + children;
- driving permit copy;
- copy CI;
- Copy of the Romanian company
- Copy Certificate Marriage (if applicable)

The value of the visa tax is:

- 150 euros and is issued within 7 days from the date of submission of documents in the consulate

- 300 euros to emergency and in this case the visa is released on the same day or from one day to another

Careful! To the amount above are added 3 euros. The money is deposited at BCR and the bank charges a commission of 3 euros.

4. Visa Transit Belarus - Professional Drivers:

- Passport with destination visa
- Medical insurance for the period requested by transit
- 1 Passport type photo
- copy CI, copy of driving license
- Copy certificate marriage where appropriate

The value of the tax for the transit visa is:

35 euros
70 euros to emergency

Careful! To the amount above are added 3 euros bank commission, whether it is with 1 input or multiple entries. The money is deposited at BCR.

Obtaining the visa for. Professional drivers for the Russian Federation

The medical insurance for obtaining the visa for the Russian F. must be concluded for an amount of at least 30,000 EUR.

We remind you that the visa for F.Ruse for a period of 1 year is issued in 10 working days.

If a visa is requested for the first time F.

- 1 input/output

- maximum 2 entries/ 2 outputs

The requested pictures are only on a white background with the size 3/4 cm.

Starting with 29.01.2016 the consulate of the Russian Federation Embassy in Bucharest communicated the following information on obtaining the visa for truck drivers-for the Russian Federation:

If a driver who wants a visa for 1 year and in the last 12 months has not benefited from any visa for the Russian Federation, no visa can be granted for 1 year.

CAREFUL!!! The condition of benefiting from the visa for a period of 1 year is that the driver had in the use of 12 months at least one entry/ exit visa in/ from the Russian Federation for a period of 1 to 3 months.

Documents needed to get the visa:

Passport valid at least 6 months after visa expires
Old Passport to demonstrate that he had at least one input/exit in the past 12 months
1 Passport type picture 3/4 cm on a white background
Medical insurance over a period of one year, according to the disposition of the consulate, must be done at an insurer recommended by the consulate (phone 0724332276) or at the company Generali Romania, a company also accredited by the consulate.

The cost of the visa is 327.00 lei in normal regime, the visa being released within 10 working days and in an emergency regime the visa is issued in 5 working days and the cost is 511.00 lei

The documents listed above are requested by the consulate of the Russian Federation Embassy in Bucharest.

Failure to comply with the consulate's requests automatically leads to non -granting visa.

Obtaining visa for professional drivers - freight - Republic of Turkey

The period in which Turkey visas are issued is at least 2 weeks

Documents needed for professional truck drivers:

2 biometric pictures dim. 5cm x 6cm only and only on a white background, without a partition between the pictures, click here to view the picture model.
Passport valid for at least 6 months until expiration date

Copy certificate of birth of the person for whom the visa is requested (only if in the identity card or in the employee certificate the parents are not mentioned).
Employee certificate in which it is mentioned that the driver is employed for an indefinite period and which is issued to obtain the TIR Turkey driver visa. The certificate must inaccurate on the upper left side the company header, no. Telphon, e-mail address of the company, no. and the date of registration of the certificate, the signature of the one in law and the stamp.
Copy of work contracted, stating that the person is employed for an indefinite period (if the employment contract is for a fixed period the driver in question cannot receive the visa for one year.
Copy of the registration certificate of the company (C.U.I.) in Romania (where the driver for whom the visa is requested)
Copy from the Romanian company transport license
Copy conforming from the vehicle license
Valid medical insurance 1 year from the date of the visa request. The consulate does not accept the medical insurance with less than one year validity if one year is requested.
Address from the Romanian FRMA that includes the complete data of the collaborating company with it in Turkey: the full address, the phone number, the name and surname of the contact person in the company/hotel in Turkey, as well as the e-mail address of the contact person .

The consular section within the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Bucharest does not receive for the payment of the value of the visa more than 100 euros. Also, banknotes should not be broken, stained, or have different documents on them.

The value of the Turkey visa for multiple entries (1 year) is 170 EUR.

CAREFUL!!! The stationary period in Turkey at each race is no more than 15 days. Exceeding this period entails sanctions imposed by the Turkish authorities.

We mention the following:

No visa can be requested for Turkey for professional driver for a period of one year if the passport does not have the necessary validity, the employment contract is not for an indefinite period and the medical insurance is not valid one year
In the case of a temporary passport with one year validity, the visa is granted for a period of up to 9 months

In the case of the passport that has a validity of less than one year, 3 months are dropped from the expiration date of the passport.
For drivers driving vehicles up to 3.5t, instead of the transport license and the compliant copy, the registration certificate of the vehicle is requested to show that the vehicle has a mass of less than 3.5t, the other documents remaining valid.

For bus drivers

The visa is granted for a period of maximum 6 months. The documents are the same as those for professional truck drivers. The tax for obtaining the visa is 170 euros.

Conditions for grant visa for a single entry - a single output (professional trucks or coaches)

The visa is granted for a period of maximum 3 months, during this period of time the driver can enter Turkey and can only leave Turkey, which can be stationed for no more than 15 days.
The documents needed to obtain the visa are the same for truck or coach drivers.
The cost of the visa is 60 euros.

Moldovan drivers (from Moldova) with Moldovan passport, get the visa for Turkey under the same conditions as the Romanian drivers.

Obtaining visa for professional drivers - freight - Jordan

The necessary documents:
- Valid passport (no temporary passport with validity 1 year is not accepted)
- 2 passport type photos
- Shipping order
- Medical Insurance (during the 1 month period)
- Copy driving permit

C/V Visa is $ 32. A single race is awarded for a period of 1 month with the right of stationary in Jordan of 7 days. The visa is issued either on the same day or the next day from the date of submission of documents in the consulate.

Obtaining visa for professional drivers - freight - Azerbaijan

C/V is 35 EUR no matter what visa is requested (one race, two races, or multiple).

The visa is issued after 6-10 working days from the submission of documents.

Starting with 10.01.2013 TIR drivers no longer need visa for Armenia

Visa TIR driver - Iran

The documents necessary to obtain the Iran visa:
- the form
- Two photos on white -sized white background 3/4
- Passport with validity at least 60 months
- Copy driving license (face /verso on the same page)
- criminal record (original + copy)
- medical certificate (healthy clinc)
- Medical Insurance for Visa Request Period
- copy of TIR card (completed the first page with the registration number of the vehicle, destination)
- The address from UNTRR, as a company guaranteed

The visa is granted at the beginning for a single race, entry - output, c/v the visa is 258 lei + 4 lei the bank commission
The visa is granting for 3 months with 2 entrances - 2 exits, c/v the visa is 430 lei + 4 lei the bank commission
Following the visa for 6 months with multiple entrances - outputs, c/v the visa is 602 lei + 4 lei the bank commission
The application documents are submitted in the embassy every week only Friday and visa passports are issued only on Friday.
The visa can be issued in an emergency regime after a week and in this case the visa is doubled,
or the visa can be issued in a normal regime after two weeks from the date of submission of documents in the consulate.

After loading the goods and completing the TIR card respectively the cover and the manifesto of the goods, please send Xero - copy of the TIR card cover and the first page - to be mentioned the name of the driver (the manifesto of the goods) at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic in Bucharest.
